I was stationed on Midway island 1975-77. I have a patch not shown on your list from the exchange uniform shop that was there then. When I get home I can scan it and send it for posterity.
Does your patch say E pluribus Gooney on it? And round with the Gooneybird wings hanging over the edges of the circle?
My husband was petty officer radiomen Gilbert Edgar Aiken (Eddie) he designed a patch that was put on their hats and jackets in 1972/1973.
